As a registered user of SkillInfy LMS, you agree to:

Our platform includes interactive assessments and quizzes designed to evaluate your professional skills. By participating, you agree to the following:

• Academic Integrity: You must complete all assessments independently without unauthorized assistance.
• Proctoring: Certain exams may be proctored. You agree to fullscreen monitoring and tab-switch detection where enabled.
• Grading: SkillInfy reserves the right to determine the final grading criteria and pass/fail status.
• Attempts: Number of attempts for each quiz is limited as per the specific course policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Engagement in fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Violation of academic integrity during assessments.
• Non-payment of required fees for premium courses or internships.

All content provided on SkillInfy LMS, including videos, documents, quiz questions, logos, and software, is the property of SkillInfy or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for personal educational purposes only. Redistribution, reproduction, or commercial use of our materials is strictly prohibited.

SkillInfy LMS and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the platform or any content on the platform.

While we strive for excellence, we do not warrant that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that our training will guarantee specific employment outcomes.

We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we may occasionally need to perform maintenance or upgrades that could cause temporary downtime. We will endeavor to provide advance notice for scheduled maintenance.
